Thank you for ordering at DailyPantry, accessible at dailypantry.site. We are committed to providing the highest quality pizzas and customer satisfaction. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our refund policy.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 minutes of receipt if you find that it does not meet your expectations. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and remain uneaten.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned order, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the uneaten pizza. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The amount refunded will include the full price of the item as stated on your purchase receipt, in £. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you received a pizza that is defective or does not match your order, please call us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. If you choose to exchange the product, we will prepare a new order for you as quickly as possible, with no additional cost.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations
An order may be cancelled up until it has not been dispatched. Once the order has been prepared and is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you are not satisfied with the product upon reception, you may follow the return process mentioned above.
