'DailyPantry' originated from a humble vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The venture was established by the Rossi household in 1985, starting as a quaint, familial joint imbued with recipes passed down for many years.

Marco Rossi, the progenitor of our restaurant, mastered the pizza craft during her sojourns across Italy, learning from the acclaimed pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was born. When she returned to the UK, her ambition was to emulate the authentic Italian pizza experience, utilizing customary methods and superior ingredients.

What commenced as a cozy 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished cornerstone of the locale, yet our dedication to impeccable quality and genuineness remains intact. We continue employing time-tested wood-fired oven techniques, our dough is freshly prepared each day, and we seek out the finest ingredients available.

At present, 'DailyPantry' is still under the ownership and guidance of the Rossi family line, with the second generation now steering our fervent crew. While we have adopted contemporary innovations, our business's ethos persists: fabricating scrumptious, genuine pizza that unifies people.
